Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted only when Valyrian Sports & Fitness has shipped the wrong product. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, product appearance, incorrect product selection, or incorrect size selection, except where specifically covered under our size-exchange provisions for eligible shoes and apparel.

Conditions for an Eligible Return. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and other components must be intact.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• The customer must provide the original order number.
• A mandatory unboxing video must be provided for any return request.
• The customer must clearly state the reason for requesting the return.
• The return request must be raised within the applicable time period specified below.
• The returned product will be subject to inspection by Valyrian Sports & Fitness.

Approval of a return is not automatic. All return requests are subject to our inspection and verification process. The final decision regarding eligibility will be based on our inspection report. Any product that has been used, worn, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original tags and packaging may be rejected.

If a product is received in a damaged condition, the damage must be reported to Valyrian Sports & Fitness within 24 hours of delivery. The customer must provide the order number, a mandatory unboxing video showing the package and product condition, clear photographs/videos of the damage, and a description of the issue. Failure to report the damage within 24 hours may result in the request being considered ineligible for return or replacement. All damaged-product claims are subject to verification and inspection.

If you receive a product that is different from the product ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. The customer must provide the order number, a mandatory unboxing video, details of the product received, details of the product originally ordered, and the reason for the return. Once the request is received, Valyrian Sports & Fitness will review the information and may request additional photographs or videos before approving the return. The return will be accepted only after verification and inspection.

When contacting us, you must provide your order number, customer name and registered contact details, reason for return, a mandatory unboxing video, and any photographs or additional information requested by our team. Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions or approval from Valyrian Sports & Fitness.

All approved return requests are subject to inspection after the product is received. Our inspection team will verify product condition, whether the product has been used or worn, original tags and labels, original packaging, accessories and components, signs of damage, alteration, or misuse, and whether the returned product corresponds to the approved return request. If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, Valyrian Sports & Fitness reserves the right to reject the return and/or refund. The decision based on our inspection report will be final for determining return eligibility.

Once a return has been approved and the returned product has successfully passed inspection, the applicable refund will be processed within 4–7 business days. The refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Payment Gateway Processing Fee. A 2.5% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds and order cancellations. Accordingly, full refunds are not possible where payment gateway charges have already been incurred.

Shipping Charges. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. However, where the return is confirmed to have resulted from an error by Valyrian Sports & Fitness, applicable shipping charges may be refunded as per the circumstances of the case.

Exchanges are available only for size-related issues involving shoes and apparel. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions for Size Exchange. For an exchange to be considered:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• All original tags and labels must be intact.
• The original shoes box, where applicable, must be in proper condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must not show signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage.
• The requested replacement size must be available in stock.

Valyrian Sports & Fitness reserves the right to cancel or reject an exchange if the product, tags, labels, packaging, or shoes box are not in proper condition.

Exchange Shipping Charge. For footwear and apparel size exchanges, the customer is responsible for a return shipping charge of ₹300. The exchange will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes our inspection. Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, the exchange cannot be guaranteed.

Returns are not accepted merely because a customer does not like the product, changes their mind, or has a personal preference regarding the product. If a customer has selected the incorrect size, the applicable size-exchange provisions above will apply only to eligible shoes and apparel. Where a return or exchange is accepted due to personal preference or incorrect size selection, the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping charges.

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. For cancellations made before dispatch, a 2.5% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch. Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If a cancellation is exceptionally accepted after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for both forward shipping and return shipping charges. Any applicable payment gateway charges will also remain deductible from the refund.

Orders for customized racquets and custom stringing services cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed. Because these products/services are prepared according to the customer's specific requirements, cancellation is not permitted after confirmation. Customers are therefore advised to carefully verify their specifications before confirming such orders.

The following may be rejected for return or exchange:

• Used or worn products;
• Products without original tags or labels;
• Products with damaged or missing packaging;
• Shoes without the original shoes box or with a damaged box;
• Products that have been altered, washed, modified, or damaged by the customer;
• Products returned after the applicable reporting period;
• Products returned without an approved return request;
• Customized racquets;
• Custom stringing orders;
• Products where the customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the product, except where otherwise expressly permitted under this policy.

Valyrian Sports & Fitness takes reasonable care to dispatch orders securely. However, once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier or logistics service providers. Customers should contact us promptly if there is an issue with delivery so that we can assist with raising the matter with the relevant courier partner where possible.

Product images displayed on the website are provided for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly from the images displayed on the website due to manufacturer updates, packaging changes, minor design changes, colour or finish variations, or other product updates made by the manufacturer. Such minor variations, where the product remains materially the same as the product ordered, shall not by themselves constitute grounds for return or refund.

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy applies only to purchases made through the official Valyrian Sports & Fitness website. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces, retailers, distributors, social-media sellers, or any other sales channel may be subject to the respective seller's or platform's return and refund policies.

Valyrian Sports & Fitness reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become applicable from the date the revised policy is published on our official website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy before placing an order.
